Rental conditions
The renter must be of legal age and provide a valid ID.
For bareboat rentals, an appropriate boating license is required.
Fuel is not included in the rental price unless stated otherwise.
The boat must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Subleasing or commercial use is not allowed without written permission.
A security deposit is required before boarding and returned after inspection.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 30 days before departure: full refund.
Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before: 50% of the total amount is retained.
Cancellations less than 14 days before: no refund.
In case of certified adverse weather conditions, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or official form).
