Cancellation policy
If the weather conditions do not allow for sailing on the reserved rental day, the parties can jointly decide to postpone it; to do this, they must inform Click&Boat. In this case, and only if the rental duration is one day or less, we will refund the total amount of the reservation, excluding Service Fees and the Click&Boat Commission, and it will be refunded with a voucher valid for one year, provided that Click&Boat is informed in writing no later than the day before the rental.
