Cancellation policy
If weather conditions do not permit sailing on the day booked for the charter, the parties may jointly decide to postpone the charter by informing Click&Boat of this. In this case, and only if the duration of the charter is one day or less, we will refund the full amount of the booking, excluding the Service Charges and the Click&Boat Commission, and you will be reimbursed with a voucher valid for one year, provided that Click&Boat is informed in writing no later than the day before the charter.
